Teamwork is key at Eseye, and everyone is there to help each other. There is a strong positive attitude regarding the induction of new engineers. I was immediately included in impactful projects and have been able to get stuck in from the start. There is a lot of support from your managers and senior engineers, and you are encouraged to build your skillset, with training courses offered to those who want it. Since I joined, I have had different opportunities and gained various skills which have helped me to develop in my career. Working in HR I get to interact with employees every day and make a difference, whether it’s to help someone understand maternity leave or support someone who wants to raise a grievance. I enjoy being the person who is there to support them in whatever they need. I enjoy working for a company that is on a high-growth trajectory and that solves some of the toughest challenges of deploying IoT. My role involves developing our Alliance partnerships and I enjoy collaborating with other international companies and crafting solutions for IoT. I love the small company – big company feel. We have an entrepreneurial spirit about us because we have a small employee count, but we are global in nature based on the customer we have and the geography we cover with our offering.
