I love the small company – big company feel. To continue our journey to attract and hire more women at Eseye, we use internal workforce data and external benchmarks to understand our current gender mix by department, job function, and seniority level.
From the data, we set stretch goals that factor in the unique realities of our industry to continue our plight of becoming a more gender-diverse workforce year on year.
Our HR team and Hiring Managers are the driving force behind our efforts to accelerate representation by using extra resources to provide a fair and balanced diversity of genders for all applications submitted. This also includes monitoring unconscious bias particularly at key decision moments eg recruitment, evaluation to promote equality.
We are also working hard to make job postings more inclusive by focusing on the language and expectations of the role as well as advertising in places where women will look!
Also, at Eseye we ensure the opportunities in terms of training and development exist for male and female employees to help encourage the number of women in our leadership positions.
Planning for the future we aim to expand our early-in-career talent by recruiting from a broader range of universities to attract and hire more female interns/graduates who will receive the training and support required to excel in their careers at Eseye.
