Position

Role Summary


The Account Manager will manage the day-to-day customer relationship, acting as a primary point of contact to resolve customer and internal queries, including the production of management information.


Duties & Responsibilities


The Account Manager will:


· Manage the day-to-day relationship with existing accounts enhancing relationships with key customer contacts

· Adhere to contractual requirements such as Performance Monitoring Systems to include reporting of defined KPI’s and Management Information.

· Advocate of quality and proactively support the quality management process.

· Attend and present at external customer and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development

· Ensure there is a high level of customer awareness of Key Forensics’ services & product portfolio

· Where requested, undertake specific projects and report findings

· Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment

Requirements

· Proven ability to balance multiple demands, while maintaining excellent attention to detail

· Demonstrable focus on quality, with practical experience of the KFS non-conformance process.

· Excellent listening and presentation abilities

· Customer focussed, both internally within Key Forensic and external within the customer base

· Highly motivated, flexible individual who approaches work with a positive attitude

· Well-developed interpersonal skills

· Willing to work out of office hours if required and

ability to travel.


Desirable Attributes


· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under challenging circumstances

· Self-disciplined, able to work without supervision

· Competent use of Microsoft Office packages, in particular MS Excel


Qualifications


· Education to Degree standard or equivalent is desirable, but not essential.

· A full driving license


Experience


· Ideally, the successful applicant will have some experience in a customer facing role gained within the UK Criminal Justice System


Additional information


· The role holder will be considered a trainee until competencies are achieved.

  • Starting salary £25,000 per annum
  • Hours – 37 per week
