The Technical Consultant is based in the US and reports directly to the Chief Customer Officer. Predominantly an engineering role in which technical skills and knowledge are constantly stretched, the Technical Consultant solves problems and innovates internally and externally. Along with having deep and diverse technical ability, providing technical support, performing trouble-shooting functions, and resolving technical issues. Technical Consultants will provide consultancy services alongside the Professional Services part of the organization and must be highly knowledgeable about the Company’s products and services with excellent communication skills so that they can assist users, colleagues, customers, and clients.
They will create reference material for technical documentation and training of both staff and customers. As a cellular specialist, the Technical Consultant will apply knowledge of Mobile Operator systems, cellular modems, SIM technologies, and certification requirements to develop new processes to benefit the Company.
