Position

Eseye is looking to recruit a Sales Admin Assistant to join our fast-growing, industry-leading sales team. The Sales Admin Assistant is part of the Sales Admin team and provides administrative assistance and support to the wider Sales Admin and Business Operations team, Business Development Reps, Sales Account Managers, and Customer Success Account Managers.


Role Requirements:

  • Processing sales orders for new and existing customers.
  • Interface with customers to ensure sales ordering process is understood and runs smoothly.
  • Create data packages for all regions - worldwide.
  • Ensure correct pricing is applied to data package pricing for all office region.
  • Ensure sales team follow the Sales Administration process and obtain all the relevant information to set up new accounts and create packages for each customer/opportunity.
  • Manage the sales admin email inbox.
  • Answer order telephone calls and route to the correct person.
  • Open and respond to sales tickets where relevant or necessary.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Liaise with other Eseye internal functions to solve customer issues (invoicing/billing/finance etc).
  • Run and build reports on a weekly basis.
  • · Salesforce – reporting and updating.

Requirements

Skill / Person Requirements:

  • Entry level/junior position would suit a graduate or individual with 1-2 years’ administrative experience.
  • Customer focus/customer-first attitude (essential).
  • Previous experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers would be an advantage.
  • Experience of liaising with different departments and senior stakeholders an advantage.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player.

· Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Experience of using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

· Proactive and thinking outside the box approach.

· Experience of sales force (ideal but not essential).

· Able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
