Position

Eseye is looking to recruit a Mid Market New Business Sales Executive to join our fast growing, industry leading Sales team. Working within the Eseye Mid Market sales process, Your role will be to take sales leads and drive them to close/win across a set of Eseye solutions focussing on Services and Connectivity. You will work with colleagues in the Services team to understand customer requirements and produce proposals that achieve customer business goals and outcomes from the solutions we have. This role will also close new Mid Market business from opportunities that are handed over from the Inside Sales team. This role will suit someone who enjoys the hunt of new business and closing deals.

Role Requirements:

  • Follow the Eseye Sales process to close Mid Market new business from Inside Sales leads;
  • Accurately present our Company to potential clients, identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services;
  • Report results based on key KPIs; e.g number of proposals and deals closed (weekly/monthly/quarterly);
  • Accurate and timely forecasting using CRM tools (SF) and any other reporting that is required
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new sales offerings;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues;
  • Help prospective customers solve their business problems through excellent consultation;
  • Deliver customer facing presentations and proposals.



Requirements

Skill / Person Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Development Representative, Internal Sales Account Executive or similar role;
  • Sales experience in IoT and/or IoT connectivity preferred but not essential;
  • Experience in Mid Market selling an advantage;
  • Proven track record of achieving and overacheving sales targets;
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Degree Level education preferred but not essential;
  • Resilient, reliable and determined;
  • Mature, hard-working with a keen attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile;
  • European language skills are and advantage.
