Position

Eseye is looking to recruit an Intern Data Analyst to join our fast growing, industry leading technology team. The internship position will be based at the Guildford office and report into the CTO. We are looking for individuals that pay attention to detail, communicate well and are highly organised plus provide insight and analysis through clear visual, written and verbal communication.


Role Requirements

· Involved with managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data

· Conducting a range of analytical studies on that data

· Working across a variety of projects, providing technical data solutions to a range of stakeholders/customer issues

· Develop an understanding of data structures, database systems and procedures, and a range of analytical tools used to undertake a range of different types of analyses

· Managing data feed processing, including ETL pipelines

· Analysing data processes, visualisation and learning.

Requirements

· Good knowledge of mathematics and statistical concepts

· Flexible and adaptable communicator who can work collaboratively

· An ambition to work with data and an understanding of how it can help organisations make better decisions

· Curious and analytical approach and creative thinking

· A drive to produce high quality solutions

· Knowledge and understanding of key tools such as Excel, Tableau or Python

· Experience using: Python, SQL, NumPy, Pandas

· Passion and drive to succeed in a commercial business environment

· Natural affinity for technology with a desire to improve technical skills

· Useful to have experience of tools such as: Jira, Git
