Position

Health & Wellness Specialist

£19,298 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus

30 hours per week – Part time, Permanent


Covering various areas around London, including: East Ham, Plaistow, Stratford, Ilford, Hackney, Barking, Wanstead, Walthamstow, Islington, Hornsey, Tottenham, Edmonton, Chigwell, Abridge, Dagenham, Buckhurst Hill and Epping, Waltham Abbey, Stratford, Greenwich

Main Purpose of Role


As one of our Health and Wellness Specialists you’ll be responsible for exceptionally high-quality health assessments at our corporate clients’ offices, ensuring the standard of care and service provision is consistently safe, effective, and responsive to client needs and preferences.


The role is underpinned by clinical accuracy, customer service and additional testing in accordance with strategic business objectives, key performance indicators, external regulatory standards, and service agreements.


The hours


  • 30 hours per week any days/times between 7am – 10pm, Monday – Sunday.


Job definition


  • To deliver health assessments for corporate clients, including resting ECG, Phlebotomy, Point of Care testing, Lung Function, Body Composition, and other relevant tests.
  • To provide advice, guidance and subject matter expertise to clients and stakeholders involved in the delivery of health assessments and high-quality care.
  • To foster a person-centred approach and facilitate a shared decision-making process for clients to tailor their health assessment to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accuracy and precision in health assessments, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices while maintaining a focus on safety and efficacy.
  • Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • To provide flexible event cover as and when required by the resourcing team.


Requirements

What we’d like to see from you


  • A full UK Driving License.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Customer focused and empathetic, and able to build rapport and trust with colleagues and other key stakeholders.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, and able to work under pressure to meet agreed service specifications and embrace organisational change.
  • Willing and able to travel to different locations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Proficient in using various IT systems, software, and applications, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ethical and professional, and a role model for the core values and standards of the business.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, routinely organised and can effectively multi-task.
  • Experience of delivering tests including resting ECG, blood pressure and other health-related testing for clients is desired.
