I first joined Bluecrest in March 2021 on a 6-month contract as an Admin Assistant supporting the governments Covid Infection Survey. This was a really busy time, and I learnt a lot very quickly. I was thrilled when I was offered a permanent Team Leader role in this department after a few months.

 At the time I was studying for my Level 3 CIPD in Human Resource Practices so when I noticed an internal vacancy for a HR Administrator I decided to apply. I was successful in my application and moved over to the HR team in January 2022.

I was quickly moved to HR & Recruitment Assistant and worked on some exciting projects along the way and once I passed my Level 3 CIPD I was offered the opportunity to increase my knowledge and study for my level 5 HR qualification through the company.

Bluecrest have supported my personal development every step of the way and I was made up to HR & Recruitment advisor in May 2023. I work with a great team and although we are very busy everyone is there to support each other.

I love the vibe at Bluecrest, everyone within the organisation is really friendly and encouraging. We have a lot of fun while getting the job done. I have made friends that I know I will have for a lifetime and learnt many new skills. My confidence has grown significantly, and I can see myself having a long and successful career here.

Bluecrest is growing rapidly and I am excited to see where the next few years take me.

I joined Bluecrest Wellness in July of 2021 as a Health Assessment Specialist.

The transition was smooth and the training I received was first class. I had phlebotomy experience coming into the role, but you don’t need any phlebotomy experience to be suitable as a Health Assessment Specialist as the training offered by the team was extremely professional and they thoroughly train you from the ground up.

When I joined the company there were just over 50 Health assessment specialists in the field, and now there are well over 120 working throughout various locations all over the UK and Ireland. Bluecrest has grown so much over the last 2 years and our Health Assessment Specialist role has become a popular one.

One of the main reasons I decided to join the company was the opportunity to make a difference. As a Health Assessment Specialist you are on the frontline and dealing with the customers face to face and taking them through a full health assessment. You meet customers from all walks of life and every single appointment Is different. I take great pride in providing a service where the customer remembers my name and comes back to see us the following year.

As a health assessment specialist, you have the potential to save lives, and for me that’s what makes the role worthwhile.

I am extremely excited to see what the future brings. With all the training, development of testing and upgrades in technology we have, it’s a fantastic time to be a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness.

We Encourage Creativity

I joined Bluecrest Wellness in September, and it was such an exciting time because they had just appointed a new CEO with an incredible vision for the company. I initially took on the role of Marketing Executive, where I supported sales, retention, intermediaries, with collaterals to help with growth and lifetime retention – a dynamic position that kept me on my toes.

From day one, I've experienced nothing but warmth and support from my team and also everyone from different department which was an amazing experience and has really helped me to settle quickly. As the marketing team underwent a restructuring, I smoothly transitioned into my current role as Marketing Communication Manager. Now, I'm nestled within the creative and communication part of marketing, which I absolutely love because it allows me to unleash my creativity.

As we stand on the cusp of a new year, I am particularly excited about the prospects that lie ahead. Bluecrest Wellness is gearing up for an exciting year, filled with new projects, opportunities for growth. I'm genuinely thankful for the chances to learn, grow, and contribute to a company that truly cares about its employees.
