Creative Marketing Manager

Worthing, West Sussex

Full Time – 12-Month Maternity Cover

Up to £40,000 per year

For our Marketing team, the part they play in this is through the design, creation and delivery of campaigns to our customers to help us spread awareness of the importance of this. We’re looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Manager to join our team and assist us in delivering high quality, audience led marketing creatives.


You’ll be working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to deliver campaign objectives, bringing our marketing strategies to life. You’ll drive engagement and build sustained and long-term engagement with our target audiences.

What you’ll be doing


Creative planning, delivery, analysis and reporting working collaboratively with Growth, Channel and Content Managers to achieve marketing campaign objectives.


This will involve..


  • Collaboration with Growth Marketing Managers, digital and offline Marketing Managers to plan and execute creative development to support growth campaigns
  • Collaboration with the Brand, Strategic Comms Manager to create creative templates and strategic assets.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Corporate Growth Manager to manage the development of compliant corporate material for client development, onboarding, growth and retention to support account management and growth
  • Manage creative development for intermediary, partner and client engagement.
  • Working with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers, marketing agencies and partner organisations.

The Hours


  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Worthing Head Office
