Rattaché(e) au Responsable des opérations, vous serez en charge principalement des activités suivantes :

· Organisation du programme des vols à partir de J-3

· Optimisation des moyens nécessaires à la réalisation du programme des vols

· Surveillance de l’exploitation au jour J et gestion des aléas

· Comptes-rendus internes et externes

· Management des équipes opérationnelles

· Coordination commerciale auprès des clients, fournisseurs et partenaires

· Gestion de réunions.

· Réactivité

· Capacité d’anticipation

· Sens du service et de l’assistance interne et externe

· Gestion des priorités

· Capacité à maintenir la coordination et la cohésion des équipes

· Maîtrise de l’anglais

· Techniques de rédaction de compte rendu

· Connaissance des règlements AIR-OPS et normes du transport aérien

· Expérience au sein d’un centre opérationnel d’une compagnie aérienne (responsable d’exploitation, superviseur, agent d’opérations, agent de planning)

· Connaissance de Movement Manager est un plus
