ASL Aviation Holdings is a leading aviation services company based in Swords, Ireland, close to Dublin Airport. The ASL Aviation Holdings Group includes 5 wholly owned European airlines; ASL Airlines Ireland, ASL Airlines Belgium, ASL Airlines France, ASL Airlines and ASL Airlines United Kingdom. The Group also has airline operations in South Africa and Thailand. Additionally, the Group includes maintenance facilities and several leasing entities. The Global ASL fleet of 140 aircraft includes 17 aircraft types from the Boeing 747-400F to the ATR-72 turbo prob. • Manage CAMO staff in the interpretation of regulatory matters and, in addition to scheduled audits, support continued compliance with Part M.
• Assess all Technical Publications, ADs, SBs etc.; Technical records management.
• Oversee aircraft maintenance activities, work packs, planning and forecasts.
• Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team members providing regular performance feedback, in order to maximise business results, employees’ satisfaction and team productivity.
• Manage Aircraft fleet entry / exit, registration changes; Create AMPs.
• Oversee work preparation for maintenance events and the subsequent work pack processing after maintenance completion.
• Process ARC inspection work packs.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent exprience
• Understanding and working knowledge of EASA Part M, including Sub-Part G CAMO activities
• MS Office proficient
• Fluent in English and relevant language
• Previous experience from a similar environment, ideally
• Experience in maintaining a CAMO exposition (CAME) and part M procedures
• Understanding of EASA Part 145. CAA, NCAA
• Working knowledge of aircraft (avionic / engine) maintenance records
