ZOO Digital Group are currently looking to recruit a Subtitle Technical QC to join our growing company.

Technical Quality Control is the very important final stage in a project before it is delivered to the client. The primary focus of the Technical QC operator is to uphold excellent quality throughout all work and ensure that only content meeting the required standards is delivered. Steps taken to achieve this include tracking, download and conversion of subtitles as well as testing and enforcement of the Quality Control standards using ZOO’s proprietary subtitling system. The Technical QC operator interacts with a number of client sites to collect, update, deliver materials & create new entries for assets within archiving systems.

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Maintaining client sites ensuring all data is present and accurate
• Locating and retrieving assets from various archiving systems
• Updating, uploading & creating new entries & assets within archiving systems
• Performing Quality Control checks on client materials and the upholding of standards

Essential:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace dealing with high volume workloads
• Data entry, Data Processing or Admin experience
• Ability to work in a team or independently
• Computer literate with experience in using either Windows or Apple systems
• Methodical approach to work

Desirable:

• Prior QC experience
• Prior experience with audio and video
