We are looking to recruit a Full time Project Coordinator to work within our subtitling and dubbing production team that provides subtitling, captioning and dubbing services for our clients which include major Hollywood studios and the top global broadcasters.

Position

As Project Coordinator (PC), you will be responsible for the coordination, creation, translation, and quality control of all subtitle projects within the business. You will serve as a liaison between the client and internal ZOO teams and be responsible for facilitating the workflow with internal and external resources from project start to completion.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: administrative duties, verifying timelines of project deliveries and keeping up with the deadlines. Creating work orders, creating and maintaining project status. The goal of the Project Coordinator is to be an effective communicator and complete projects on time and within scope while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Day to day responsibilities will include;

  • Assigning and coordinating all assigned projects and ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with clients, external vendors and team members.
  • Completing administrative duties, which include but not limited to, setting up of projects and project management using our internal workflow management system, maintenance and updating of our database, creating internal work-orders.
  • Perform quality control of subtitles created by translators, always ensuring a high standard.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and resources to accomplish project completion and set project priorities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Communicate with the client directly in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Successfully managing the balance between quality, profitability and customer service.

Requirements

EQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent- a modern languages degree would be advantageous
  • Subtitling, dubbing and editing experience is a desirable, but not required
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with adapting to new software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an interest in language
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks under pressure
  • Proactive, flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
