Position

This role is advertised for Integral Partners LLC part of the global company Xalient. Together delivering rapid, customer-centric solutions across the security landscape.


A CyberArk Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CyberArk solutions to protect privileged access for our clients. They work closely with IT teams to assess security needs, develop implementation strategies, and ensure optimal performance of CyberArk solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in privileged access management.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive CyberArk solution architectures based on business requirements and security best practices.
  • Implementation Planning: Create detailed implementation plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and migration strategies.
  • Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy CyberArk solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Integration: Integrate CyberArk with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, LDAP, and other systems.
  • Policy Management: Develop and manage access policies and controls within CyberArk.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor CyberArk systems for compliance with security policies and identify potential threats.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on CyberArk solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest CyberArk features and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization of the solution.
  • Professional Development: Achieve and maintain certifications in CyberArk and other PAM solutions. Stay updated on the latest CyberArk features and best practices to ensure ongoing optimization of the solution.
  • Professional Skills: Develop expertise and internal reputation in multiple CyberArk solutions.
  • Engagement Skills: Direct solution design activities. Take ownership of complex assignments and prioritize and coordinate assignments for self and others. Ensure requirements are complete and accurate.

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive and current work experience as a consultant in security solution integration or
  • 9+ years progressive and current work experience in information technology security.
  • Deep understanding of PAM concepts, technology, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external audiences.
  • Extensive hands-on experience implementing CyberArk solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep understanding of IAM concepts and technology including Active Directory, Single Sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, federation, zero trust, just in time (JIT) provisioning, zero standing privilege (ZSP), joiner/mover/leaver processes, identity management, etc.
  • Experience with onboarding applications, cloud platform, and service accounts.
  • Broad understanding and experience with integrating PAM solutions with server & workstation platforms including Windows, *nix, databases, network devices, etc. required.
  • Must be able to work remotely and independently.
  • Ability to travel to clients when needed.

Additional Skills (Desirable):

  • Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native security solutions.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
  • Understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
  • Experience working with other security and/or identity and access management solutions (preferred).

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical field.

Certifications in one or more CyberArk products:

  • CDE-PAM
  • CDE-CPC
  • CDE-EPM
  • CDE-Secrets
  • CISSP or other security certifications (preferred)
