Position

Maternity Cover for up to 12 months / 20-30 hours per week

Context

This position is employed by Pragma, part of the Front Row group of companies. A significant proportion of the responsibilities will support activities in Unity, which is also part of the Front Row group.

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for co-ordination and administrative support for QHSE and training activities. Provision of administrative tasks across a range of activities.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Ownership of the QHSE management system and ensuring all NCRs, audits and asset registers are up to date
  • Carry out scheduled audits as required by the audit program and to report back to management on the audit findings and results
  • Support the QHSE Manager during audits by clients and accreditation bodies
  • Keep the NDA library up-to-date, as and when required.
  • Ownership of the company’s training portal and ensuring training is booked in a timely manner, particularly in relation to offshore staff
  • Assist with the organising of company travel
  • Assisting with the company marketing, updating company webpage and digital marketing activities to promote the business
  • Various other administrative, documentation management and reporting activities

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Previous auditing experience is essential

The candidate would need to hold an Internal Auditor certificate ideally to ISO9001:2015

Previous experience booking and maintaining training requirements would be advantageous.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Highly organised and good attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills.
