How do we handle your personal information?

Your information will be stored securely on Thomson’s internal systems. It will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

If you are unsuccessful in securing a role with us, your data will be held in our recruitment system for a period of up to 6-12 months so that we can access it should you apply for a role at Thomson again at a later date. Also, with your prior permission, we might contact you in the future should a more suitable opportunity arise which may be of interest to you.

If you are successful in securing a role with Thomson, your data will be transferred to our internal employee database and retained throughout your period of employment and for a further 6 years.

Your rights

You are entitled to see your personal information that Thomson holds. You can request changes to be made to any incorrect information and you can ask for information to be deleted.
