The Opportunity
With a hybrid team made up of creatives, producers, strategists and account handlers we are trusted by some of the world's largest entertainment brands to deliver thought-provoking solutions. Due to continued growth we are now seeking a talented Strategic Client Services Director to join our team.
You will motivate and drive internal teams and inspire clients to deliver outstanding work that achieves results and exceptional service. It will be your input that ensures the smooth planning and execution of client projects. Whether you are scoping briefs, managing budgets or delivering projects it will be your essential input that ensures clients are happy and work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities include:
You will have solid experience of understanding client’s strategic business needs and expectations, while working across our Communication and Content teams to define and implement strategies and solutions.
You will need to have entertainment experience along with outstanding communication and leadership skills, as you will be delivering innovative proposals, working with key stakeholders and driving revenue across the company.
