Position

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Head of Insight - Social to join us in creating cohesive and cutting edge social strategies for a variety of incredible clients, including some of the world's biggest film franchises.

You will work across a number of entertainment and brand clients to deliver consistent, intelligent findings from social data, helping us drive standout campaigns across the business.

Responsibilities of role:-

  • Leading the agencies strategy on data and growing the department in terms of people and revenue.
  • Use insights derived from social campaign performance to inform and shape future client social strategies.
  • Translate complex analytical data into easy to understand analysis and recommendations for client and account teams.
  • Client lead on all things data and insight
  • Connect and drive strategy of social data with other media analytics data such as paid, website, traditional PR, and CRM.
  • Build, manage and mentor the Think Jam insight team.

Requirements

This great opportunity would suit someone knowledgeable in the social and analytical space, with strong excel skills and a love of data.

You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-

  • A passion for data-driven marketing, understanding the important role data plays in campaign strategy
  • An understanding of the best tools available for understanding audience behaviour and campaign data
  • Capable of visualising data, quickly producing charts and graphs that tell and story to our team and our clients
  • A strong understanding and knowledge of relevant social platforms and the data they provide
  • Proven ability to set campaign goals, KPIs and targets
  • The ability to turn data into tangible learnings and recommendations that can be applied across campaign
  • Experience building and managing a team.
  • A track record of generating new clients and revenue.
  • The ability to stay motivated and positive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, being proactive, constant and insightful
  • Skilled in data management tools (Excel, Google Data Sheets etc.)
  • A problem-solver, adept in facing challenges and creating solutions
  • Business and financial acumen is a benefit, but not required
  • 5 years+ agency or in-house experience.
