We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who has both the drive and skillset to work with some of the world’s largest entertainment brands, driving sales and campaigns for the social side of the business.
You will be working closely with our heads of department, accounts team and studio of designers to ensure we produce amazing work and continue to grow the client relationships and account revenue..
Responsibilities will include:
Demonstrate a proactive approach to new business; identifying, developing and converting opportunities
Lead productive and creative brainstorms, including the preparation of pitch and proposal documents
Campaign management and oversight, delivering projects to brief, schedule and budget
Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
Fiscal responsibility for campaign costs, budgets and sales targets
Managing the work, performance and development of team members
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts
Collaboration with US based teams on campaign pitches, new business strategies and campaign delivery
Collaboration with all teams and departments to ensure alignment of strategies, shared goals and success
Collaboration with heads of departments and staff to help positively foster creativity, innovation, growth and company values
You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-
5+ years experience in client and project management, with a focus on social.
A strategic thinker with knowledge and experience of the entertainment sector and of all aspects of digital marketing and communications from an agency and client perspective
Excellent experience in devising, planning, managing and delivering digital creative and social media campaigns within agreed timeframes and budgets
A creative eye and experience of what works for both the client, the campaign and the platform
A proven track-record of growing and developing long-term relationships with clients, combined with successful client management and revenue growth
A proven track record for generating impressive results, attention to detail and collaborating with colleagues
Demonstrate outstanding business, fiscal, administrative, delegation, time management and communications skills.
