Think Jam has the heart of a start-up and the legacy of 15 years in the entertainment industry, and we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial account director, to establish
and drive sales within the sports sector.

As a sales evangelist for Think Jam’s products in the sports marketplace, you will have the experience to understand a client’s problems and find, pitch and convert the solution that fits their needs.

With an established experience within the world of sports marketing, and a true passion about the sector, you will be an adaptable self-starter; ambitious with the desire to make a measurable change to our business by developing and delivering our sports sector strategy.

You will be dynamic, forward-thinking, innovative, open-minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in sports marketing & sales, with an agency background
• A demonstrable track record of generating revenue and growth
• Proactive, with ability to work autonomously, strategically and creatively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The hunger to succeed and grow a brand
