Position

Think Jam have an established process for delivering digital ad display and social campaigns at volume for leading entertainment clients including 20th Century Fox, IMAX, Warner Bros and Netflix. We are looking to hire a sales director to expand this content production offering, along with new Martech tools and products into new clients and sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Smash your sales targets by creating tangible opportunities to grow sales through new and existing sectors and clients.
  • Pick up on market trends and exploit this for new business opportunities.
  • Creating and nurturing new leads through the sales funnel process and thought leadership strategy.
  • Recognising and delivering upselling opportunities to existing clients.
  • Knowing your product and confident at pitching them to all clients.
  • Getting our name in the room and completing the RFP process.

Requirements

You will be dynamic, forward-thinking, innovative, open-minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling content production into large brands.
  • A demonstrable track record of generating substantial revenue and growth
  • You will have an in-depth knowledge of the creative, production and localization process
  • Proactive, with ability to work autonomously, strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The hunger to succeed and grow a brand
