Position

A Meaningful Influence (AMI) is a product of entertainment marketing agency, Think Jam, who has been championing the independent content creator for almost 5 years, working with micro-influencers through to some of the biggest names in the space, delivering numerous award-winning campaigns.  

AMI is now a stand-alone division within the agency, managing all influencer and creator collaborations for the Group and we're excited to be expanding the team with the following new position.

We are looking for a Chief  Amazement Officer to create, manage and develop the AMI operation to deliver a best-in-class community of content creators plus a bullet proof workflow process for all commercial collaborations.

  • Create structure and internal processes to support the team to excel at their jobs and the division to achieve its goals
  • Ensure the technology (workflow platform and Creator Hub, if separate) is delivering an enviable market-leading offering
  • Support the commercial team to maximise success in all campaigns
  • Strategise with Head of Rewards and Community Manager to develop the community
  • Inspire and motivate the team to LOVE their work

Requirements

You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-

  • Sound knowledge of the influencer landscape (min 2-3 years) and ideally well connected with other content creators
  • Building and managing a team
  • Entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • You will have worked directly with clients/brands on influencer campaigns.
  • Must have keen interest in the influencer landscape, and aware of current trends and the movers and shakers.
  • Massive kudos if you are a content creator yourself (with a following of 10,000+)
