AMI is a start-up within the Think Jam brand, a market leading platform of meaningful and quality influencers and hand picked content creators, vetted by their fellow influencers and passionate creator team, for quality, authenticity and meaningful impact.


We are looking for an Operations Manager to help set up and run AMI, the role will require many hats but the core responsibilities will be;-

  • Identify, design and implement the creator hub, working in conjunction with the Senior Social Executive
  • Recruit the content creators and extended network influencers, in accordance with the plan 
  • Support the commercial lead in delivering campaigns 
  • Recruit the team (full time or freelance) to manage the operation and deploy campaigns 
  • Product and Service innovation to create a best in class platform
  • Attend events
  • Participate in creative ideation and brainstorms 
  • Develop a true community spirit within the creator team


You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-

  • Sound knowledge of the influencer landscape (ideally 2-3 years) and ideally existing creator relationships
  • Building and managing a team
  • Entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • Ideally you are an influencer yourself (with a following of 2,500+ across any one social platform - not Linkedin)
  • You will have worked directly with clients/brands on influencer campaigns.
  • Must have keen interest in the influencer landscape, and know many of the movers and shakers.
