Position

We are looking for a strategic and energetic marketing specialist to lead the creation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies to raise the profile of the company, and to launch and promote new business products.

The aim of this role is to position Think Jam, it’s products and packages, front and centre in the minds of current and prospective clients, brands and media agencies, via appropriate communications channels, awards, events, thought leadership and partnerships, leading to a measurable impact of sales.

You will be someone who takes the initiate and proactively seeks out solutions, while reinforcing our principles of creativity, innovation and excellence. An ambitious team player, with the ability to inspire prospective clients, partners and staff.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience of working in a marketing environment (entertainment sector desirable)
  • Track record of successful delivery of major corporate, B2B and B2C communications campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in launching and sustaining company brands and products
  • Experience working in a digital marketing role including event management, sales collateral, paid and organic social media, digital, advertising, email and direct mail
  • A working knowledge of marketing technologies including Google analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance, providing optimisation recommendations and implementation
  • Experience in developing contacts and generating ideas
  • Experience in organising events and placing speakers on panels and conferences
  • Experience of the agency landscape and the services
  • Excellent media contacts and an established reputation within the industry, specifically within marketing trade and business titles 
  • Excellent communication, copywriting skills, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of personal and professional authority, comfortable with providing advice at Board level.
