Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Social Media Analyst to join us in creating cohesive and cutting edge social strategies for a variety of incredible clients, including some of the world's biggest film franchises.
You will work across a number of entertainment and brand clients to deliver consistent, intelligent findings from social data, helping us drive standout campaigns across the business.
Responsibilities of role:-
Using social monitoring tools to analyse client campaigns – deriving key themes from large amounts of data.
Sourcing specific audiences on social and providing clients with actionable insights to help reach these people
Analysing social media content posted by our clients and other brands, highlighting key learnings and opportunities for future consideration
Data and trend analysis including spotting salient information to support insights
Present research and report findings to clients and internal stakeholders, supporting others in understanding its key insights and actions
Managing the set-up of new social monitoring tools
On-hand to answer day-to-day internal and external Social Media Insight questions
Working with external suppliers to ensure we are able to deliver Social Media Insight projects to deadlines, and that client requests are actioned

You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-
A passion for data-driven marketing, understanding the important role data plays in campaign strategy
An understanding of the best tools available for understanding audience behaviour and campaign data
Capable of visualising data, quickly producing charts and graphs that tell and story to our team and our clients
A strong understanding and knowledge of relevant social platforms and the data they provide
Proven ability to set campaign goals, KPIs and targets
The ability to turn data into tangible learnings and recommendations that can be applied across campaign
The ability to stay motivated and positive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Strong communication skills, being proactive, constant and insightful
Skilled in data management tools (Excel, Google Data Sheets etc.)
A problem-solver, adept in facing challenges and creating solutions
1 years+ agency or in-house experience
