AMI is a start-up within the Think Jam brand, a market leading platform of meaningful and quality influencers and hand picked content creators, vetted by their fellow influencers and passionate creator team, for quality, authenticity and meaningful impact.

Position

We are looking for a Commercial Led to help set up and grow AMI within the entertainment and wider industries, the role will require many hats but the core responsibilities will be;-

  • Deliver the revenue targets in accordance with the plan.
  • Develop a strategy to identify key sectors and brands to target
  • Develop a 'retained' client offering (how can we engage with brands throughout the year?)
  • Build a commercial team to cover agencies and client direct 
  • Work with the Ops Manager to align sales against areas of strength in the creator hub
  • Build impactful proposals
  • Client management

Requirements

You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-

  • Strong relationships with clients already engaging with influencer campaigns 
  • Min 3 years minimum experience in digital (ideally influencer) with proven track record of outstanding sales
  • Working knowledge of campaign pricing
  • Ideally been working at an influencer agency or platform
  • Someone who has worked directly with clients/brands on influencer campaigns.
  • Must have keen interest in the influencer landscape, and know many of the movers and shakers.
