Position

With a hybrid team made up of creatives, producers, strategists and account handlers we are trusted by some of the world's largest entertainment brands to deliver thought provoking solutions. Due to continued growth we are now seeking a talented Account Director to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working across our Communication and Content teams to define new business strategy, drive sales and campaigns for the content side of the business including social media, advertising, tech and AV.
  • Manage, motivate and drive internal teams to maximise their potential individually and as a collective.
  • Oversee the delivery of outstanding campaigns that achieves results and exceptional service.
  • Directing new and organic business development with existing clients
  • Lead productive and creative brainstorms, including the preparation of pitch and proposal documents
  • To build strong client relationships at the a high level, attend meetings with clients to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Stay abreast of agency and client competitive environment, ensuring alignment of strategies, shared goals and success
  • Establishes good working relationships across all agency disciplines.
  • Collaboration with heads of departments and staff to help positively foster creativity, innovation, growth and company values
  • Collaboration with US based teams on campaign pitches, new business strategies and campaign delivery
  • To work with the finance team and content team monitoring profitability on your accounts as well as analysing sales forecasts and targets

Requirements

You will be dynamic, forward thinking, innovative, open minded and interested in exploring new ways of working. You’re also likely to have the following skills & experience:-

  • 5+ years experience in client and project management, with a focus on creative content, social and PR..
  • Solid experience of understanding client’s strategic business needs and expectations
  • A strategic thinker with knowledge and experience of the entertainment sector and of all aspects of digital marketing and communications from an agency and client perspective
  • A creative eye and experience of what works for both the client, the campaign and the platform
  • A proven track-record of growing and developing long-term relationships with clients, combined with successful client management and revenue growth.
  • A track record of revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients.
  • Experience of managing people, multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Sound decision making skills based on agency, client, and industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned client/business
  • Someone who raises the bar, aspirational, pushes through change
  • Dedicated key contributor to the growth and vitality of the agency
  • Good at juggling many tasks / multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline sensitive.
