Willen Lake is managed by The Parks Trust, an independent charity, that cares for over 6,000 acres of parkland and green space in Milton Keynes. Our aim is to provide beautiful, diverse and sustainable parks, lakes, woods and landscapes that will be loved by the people of Milton Keynes, forever.

Position

Treetop Extreme Instructor - Willen Lake


Salary: From £10.90 (rates reviewed annually in April)


Hours: Zero hour


We are looking for Treetop Extreme Instructors to join our team and to play a key role in the operation of our popular high ropes course.


As part of this role, you will deliver safety briefs and kit ups to ensure all visitors have a safe and memorable experience, as well as managing the flow of the course, providing guidance and assistance where required. You will, subject to additional training, also deliver Archery sessions.


The role will require working shifts across a 7-day operation, typically between the hours of 9am and 7pm. Working a minimum of one in two weekends, as well as some bank holidays should be expected.

Requirements

You will need a strong head for heights in this role, as well as great communication and customer service skills. Previous experience of working in a high ropes or climbing role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.


Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
