Purpose
Senior executive leader, who has experience in the sports or music sector, required to drive our growth objectives across the North American region. The goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
To also support the CCO, in a strategic and analytical capacity, promote commercial best practice in the region and keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team and Board.
Key Responsibilities
North America Full responsibility for all revenues in the North America region;
Work closley across C-Suite levels in the music and sport sector
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's growth plans
Work closely together with the CCO in relation to commercial strategy for the region
Manage the Heads of Sales in each country in the region to ensure commercial objectives are met
Plan, coordinate and execute the implementation of business plans
Ensure own sales targets are achieved via face to face meetings with new prospects at 'C’ level
Raise the organisational profile within the North America region
Identify and facilitate potential new brand sponsorships and partnership deals
Represent the company as a speaker and panellist at industry events and a spokesperson in the media (for interviews, editorial quotes, etc.)
Network to seek new relationships and strengthening existing ones with clients and partners
Facilitate introductions to target clients (pre-sales) for the North America sales team
Advise on company processes (CRM usage, quotation and proposal creation, client demos, etc.)
Ensure accurate reporting of business performance
Advise on product development tor tech team to assist in reaching commercial goals within region
Ensure effective and efficient transfer of information between sales and operational team at the point of closing a sale
Skills and Experience
3 years+ of experience in a similar role
Experience in RFID, ticketing, events or event technology
Proven track record of working commercially with C-Suite contacts in the music and sports sectors
Gravitas, with ability to influence others both internally and externally
Energetic and driven, with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities
Fluent English speaker
Ability to travel as and when necessary
