Are you yearning to work for a company that has a positive purpose, but still a commercial approach?
To enable our growth we are looking for an in-house Recruiter to join the team in London. You will have ownership of the whole recruitment and talent acquisition agenda and freedom to shape and develop this. You are used to coming up with a variety of sourcing strategies and continually engaging with diverse pools of potential candidates to build the talent pipeline.
You should be conversant with talent management, resourcing and career development beyond recruitment and excited to get involved in building and running those approaches as part of the HR team, as well as supporting with other HR topics and organisation development occasionally as needed. You will work closely with our partners, project managers and other colleagues, too.
This role is available either full-time, or part-time at 4 days per week (or equivalent). We have a flexible culture in terms of working hours and working from home. We have cool new offices within excellent transport links (and bike facilities) in the heart of London, with a view of St Paul's cathedral.
