Lead the operational delivery of an ambitious and growing system change initiative that seeks to end plastic pollution in partnership cities in Indonesia (three cities and counting) and the wider region.

Working together with the Technical Waste Director (who leads the technical delivery and support for cities) and the Scaling Director (who leads the scale-up of our impact), you will:

• Participate in STOP strategic planning and leadership group
• Ensure that Project STOP is executed on schedule, on budget and in compliance with all policies and standards
• Manage the Project STOP Steering Committee and deliver reporting and monitoring commitments to funders / partners
• Oversee the Project STOP Finance Manager to prepare detailed budgets and monthly finance reports
• Oversee the Project STOP People Manager on recruitment, training and development of Project STOP team
• Oversee the delivery of monthly impact metrics, management reports and presentations
• Oversee procurement and supplier contracts and other legal documents and ensure compliance

• Native level speaker fluency in both written and verbal English communication
• Experience writing and managing legal contracts (legal background not required but preferred)
• Proven work experience as Operations Director leading complex projects and teams, or similar role

• Extensive experience writing business documents such as grant proposals, annual reports or similar
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among people of all levels within SYSTEMIQ and Project STOP teams
• Solid proficiency in general finance and budgeting
• Position to be based in Canggu, Bali or any of the STOP project sites - Muncar, Pasuruan, or Jembrana
