We are looking for 2-3 experienced and passionate consultants to join our team and work closely with SYSTEMIQ on a critical climate change project related to land use and forestry in Indonesia.

The consultant’s main responsibilities will be to conduct analysis to support the strategy development and support the program delivery. The consultants will have to work closely with the organisation and a wide range of stakeholders at national and regional level.

You have proven that in different contexts and are keen to work in a young, entrepreneurial company where you can get involved in a variety of work, shape the business and make maximum impact. You are passionate about SYSTEMIQ's mission and approach to system change. Your background may include working at a leading top management consultancy, ideally coupled with solid leadership experience in the indutry. Specifically, you have

• 3-7 years experience at a top tier management consulting firm as a consultant or higher
• Excellent writing skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work with colleagues across SYSTEMIQ to bring together the information required to deliver the best for our donors.
• Strong analytical skills including use of excel
• Relationship management skills in various cultural contexts and with a wide range of stakeholders
• A strong commitment to coaching and developing people, with an empowering leadership style.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify growth opportunities and take a lead in exploring new ideas and concepts
• Must be fluent in English
• (Desirable) Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia
• (Desirable) Knowledge of climate change, PMO, strategy development, organization design and performance
