Purpose of Role:

• Responsible for keeping the department and the business at large informed on new laws, regulations, and industry trends that affect the business as well as assisting with the development of policies and training as necessary.
• Draft legal contracts and business terms and conditions.
• Manage legal database of contracts.
• Provide legal advice to all departments to comply with Spanish/EU law in coordination with Head Office.
• Direct contact with the legal department in Head Office in order to transfer Group policies to subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with external lawyers both legal demands and possible presence in Hearings and Trials to defend the business and our interests.
• Manage application of GDPR (LOPD) at local level

We are seeking a lawyer with:

• 3 years legal work experience in a similar capacity
• Minimum education level Master of Abogacia, focus in civil law
• Fluent in English
• Litigation experience in civil proceedings
• Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal form
