The vacancy for an Advisor human resource at Rijk Zwaan

To hire the right person for the right job is essential to keep our company culture. An important focus for the HR department is to recruit and hire new colleagues for diverse jobs and levels. Next to that, the HR department needs to facilitate the development of the employees, like education, career counseling and coaching. We find it important that you have personal contact with employees in the company and at the same time you are also able to develop a view on the further development of the HR department.

This position will be responsible of coordination of health and safety and be involved in the recruitment process.

You have a functional relationship with the Human Resource department at the head office of Rijk Zwaan in De Lier, Holland.

You will report directly to the Managing Director of RZ Iberica.

 

Requisitos

We are seeking a Human Resource with:

  • a Master’s degree in the area of Human Resource or Psychology​
  • At least 10 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience with assessing and coaching of people of all kinds of levels

Furthermore, you are enterprising, you have empathy, focus on quality and like to work with a great diversity of jobs and levels. You are strongly intrinsic motivated and you like to work on projects in a pragmatic and enthusiastic way. Your social skills are very good and you are able to build a team. Your leadership style is people-oriented.  Because of the international nature of the role, proficiency in the English language is essential.
