Position

what i do is:


Sales Technical Solutions & Demonstrations:

  • Demonstrate, present, and whiteboard Quorum Cyber solutions, ensuring technical clarity and efficacy.
  • Address and eliminate technical blockers, paving the way for sales closure.

Internal Sales Advocacy:

  • Promote solutions internally to ensure smooth adoption and execution post-sale.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all customer-facing documents are technically accurate, encompassing scope, timelines, and budgetary outlines.

Salesforce Education:

  • Educate the sales team on evolving service changes and technical updates.

Sales Document Creation and Maintenance:

  • Maintain and update the sales document library, ensuring the most recent and effective materials are always available for the sales team.

Service Offerings Creation & Update:

  • Collaborate on the creation and enhancement of service offerings to keep Quorum Cyber at the pinnacle of cybersecurity solutions.

Technical Consulting:

  • Offer expert pre-sales technical consultation to both existing and potential customers.

Success Metrics:


  • Achieving team sales targets.
  • Seamless and efficient sales processes for customers.
  • Successful introduction and sales of new service offerings.
  • Active solicitation of your expertise by the sales force and internal teams.
  • Maintenance and updating of a comprehensive sales library.
  • Keeping Microsoft certification exams pertinent to the job role up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Profound technical grasp of Microsoft Sentinel, Defenders, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a consulting capacity.
  • Proven proficiency in document creation and writing.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated capability in overseeing technical projects, especially in the domain of service creation and maturation.
  • A history of proactive technical readiness, coupled with an enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and features.
