Position

We are looking for a highly creative and equally analytical Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our market-leading cybersecurity services and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and a proven track record in product marketing within the technology and cyber security industry. You will be responsible for understanding our market and customers; creating and launching go-to-market strategies; and effectively communicating our services’ value to the market.


What I do is:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Quorum Cyber’s services and products in the market.
  • Plan and lead the launch of new services and products, managing and working with multiple stakeholders across the business, most importantly Innovation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify unique selling propositions and key differentiators.
  • Create marketing content (e.g. one-pagers, pitch decks, website copy, case studies, product videos, product guides, and articles) that effectively articulates the benefits of our services and products.
  • Understand and speak to our customers to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Measure and optimise the buyer and customer journey to improve adoption and usage.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Innovation to develop appropriate messaging and activities for target markets and personas.
  • Measure and report on performance and results, conducting analysis to refine and improve results.
  • Understand and help to drive forward the business strategy and priorities, especially in the context of cyber security services and solutions.
  • Be knowledgeable of the latest trends in product marketing, leading the adoption of appropriate new tactics.
  • Ensure that an appropriate, standard set of tools and processes are being leveraged.

Requirements

·Ability to translate complex, technical messages into compelling messages for target audiences.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Strong project management skills.

·Ability to prioritise, make decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·Relationship building across internal, external, technical, and commercial teams.

·Experience with UK and North American audiences and markets.

·Experience within the technology industry, with a focus on cyber security and the Microsoft security stack.

·Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

·Marketing (or similar) degree or relevant professional qualification.
