What I do is:

Client Advisory

• Build strong relationships with customers at all levels, understanding their unique security needs and challenges, ensuring high standards are met, customer satisfaction is achieved and enabling them to achieve their objectives.
• Play the role of trusted advisor to stakeholders and provide strategic and technical direction and guidance to our customers on multiple domains of cyber security to support them through their cyber security journey.
• Lead and participate in client meetings, providing expert advice on cyber resilience, threat intelligence, cyber security strategy, security posture, security architecture, risk management, and more.
• Take the lead role and be accountable for delivering customer engagements to ensure high quality outcomes and expected deliverables are met or exceeded.
• Apply best practice. Use evidence and threat-led approaches to deliver Advisory engagements.
• Work to maintain the correct level of technical knowledge aligned with Quorum Cyber offerings and client requirements.

Team Leadership

• Support the recruitment and mentoring of cyber security consultants, advisors, and architects.
• Coach, inspire and share knowledge.

Thought Leadership

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes in the cyber security landscape.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide thought leadership within the Professional Services team.
• Support the maturing and development of Advisory and the broader Professional Services offerings and capabilities.

Business Development

• Collaborate closely with the sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Contribute to SOWs, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to potential clients.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, delivering results under sometimes tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with ability to present complex technical scenarios to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to deliver recommendations and reports in well written concise language tailored to the audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and about the bigger picture.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and present the value we bring to Quorum Cyber customers and partners.
• Extensive knowledge of cyber security principles, risk management, and industry standards (ISO27001, NIST etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, posture assessments, developing cyber security strategies and security architectures for a diverse range of clients.
• Experience in working with sales team / opportunity owners in capturing and documenting engagement scope and delivering a fit-for-purpose client SOW’s, proposals, and RFP responses to win business covering strategic security and technical security consulting services.
