Company Description

Do you want to be the difference between a bad day and a good day?

That’s what we do at Quorum Cyber.

We are a fast-growing team of passionate people providing cyber security services to organisations worldwide.

At it’s very heart Quorum Cyber is a people business. We help the good people win, we fight the bullies, we partner with great Microsoft technology, but we can only do that with a great team.

The mission of the people team is simple. We find great people and we keep great people. Our plan to keep great people is through excellence in management and building career paths. That’s where you come in.

We have a lot to do. Quorum Cyber is growing at a fantastic rate and we need each product that comes out of the people team to deliver, be culturally appropriate, be scalable and embedded. The team is small, but amazing and we are look for a People Team Business Partner to wear a lot of hats and make sure that we continue to support the business and our people though this growth.

It’s not a standard HR job. You will business partner, design and develop products, communicate with the business, work with the executives, run training, manage suppliers and sometimes make the tea. You will interpret data and help the Chief People Officer write the people strategy and coach new managers how to have difficult conversations. You will face something every day that we haven’t done before, but you will have seen before. You will not be bored.

As for you, if you see the big job in human resources being a part of your future, this is the best step you could hope for. That may be here, it may be somewhere else, but you will have stories to tell. You will be in the guts of a dynamic, fascinating, challenging and values led business. You will know human resources, you will know how to make sticky products and services, you will know how to communicate effectively and manage senior relationships. Ideally you will have a background in an organisation that was passionate about learning and career paths, or you certainly are. The Quorum Cyber Academy is our big thing and will be front and centre of your day job.
