Position

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Software Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions in the field of cybersecurity. You will lead a team of talented engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the technological vision and architectural strategy of our cybersecurity products.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for both new and existing cybersecurity software systems, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
Leadership: Work alongside a team of software architects and engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management, development teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet cybersecurity needs.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify architectural issues and technical risks, and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.
Platform Development: Ensure that our cybersecurity solutions are designed to be platform-agnostic and can seamlessly integrate with various operating systems, cloud environments, and third-party applications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of software development experience with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript), and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Architectural Knowledge: Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, API design, and distributed systems.
Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring technical teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and modern development tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in software architecture, cloud platforms, or project management.
Industry Experience: Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
