· Build a quality pipeline of sales opportunities for the business.
· Act as an ambassador for Quorum Cyber as the first point of contact for sales enquiries.
· Nurture, develop, qualify and convert marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads.
· Ensure a smooth handover of opportunities to the sales team.
· Develop and maintain a close relationship with the sales and marketing teams.
· Support marketing campaigns by following up on early signals of interest (e.g. event attendance, social media engagement, website form fills).
· Help shape marketing campaigns based on insights from sales enquiries and conversations.
· Align activity and focus to marketing strategy, sales priorities and market trends.
· Keep our customer relationship management (CRM) system in top shape with up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and activities.
· Produce lead reports and undertake ongoing analysis of results to improve results.
· Excellent and professional customer-facing written and verbal communication.
· Previous experience in a sales role such as telemarketing or door to door, setting sales appointments, hitting activity and call targets/success measures (not essential but highly desirable).
· Confidence picking up the phone and speaking to prospects.
· Ability and confidence to build trusted relationships, with clients and internally.
· Ability to follow and create structure and process.
· Working knowledge of Excel to generate accurate and timely reports on lead generation activities, outcomes.
· Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (not essential but highly desirable).
· Passion for and desire to learn about Quorum Cyber’s products and services.
· Great organisational skills.
· Determined hard working attitude.
· Hunger to succeed and progress within sales.
