Position

What I do is:


Client Advisory

  • Advising clients on the adoption, engineering, and security operations of Azure security capabilities.
  • Performing assessments of client cloud tenancies and infrastructure environments, to ensure optimal utilisation of existing Azure security features to reduce risk.
  • Executing and being part of end-to-end client projects, including POC’s, requirements gathering, design, implementation planning and guidance, environment optimisation, operationalisation of Azure Security capabilities and creation of supporting documentation.
  • Execution and implementation of Azure Sentinel components e.g., Analytics, KQL Rules, Workbooks, Threat Hunting, Playbooks etc with a strong focus on Azure Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
  • Creation of client documentation and delivery of knowledge transfer.


Team Leadership


  • Support the recruitment and mentoring of cyber security consultants, advisors, and architects.
  • Coach, inspire and share knowledge.

Thought Leadership


  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes in the cyber security landscape.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and provide thought leadership within the Professional Services team.
  • Support the maturing and development of Advisory and the broader Professional Services offerings and capabilities.

Business Development


  • Collaborate closely with the sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Contribute to scoping, SOWs, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to potential clients.

Quality Assurance


  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, value-driven services that meet or exceed client expectations.



Requirements

The skills I need are:


  • A strong technical background in Cloud security design, architecture, engineering, implementation, hardening, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • A strong background in IT Infrastructure
  • Proven experience in working with and collaborating with a team of cyber security consultants, advisors, and architects (technical).
  • Excellent communication, report writing and presentations skills. You will need to convey deep technical information to technical teams, while also effectively advising and communicating with non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships. You will need to collaborate and support other Quorum Cyber teams throughout the entire sales and service lifespan.
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, inspire, and energise your colleagues.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, delivering results under sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Ability to deliver recommendations and reports in well written concise language tailored to the audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and about the bigger picture.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate and present the value we bring to Quorum Cyber customers and partners.
  • Experience in working with sales team / opportunity owners in capturing and documenting engagement scope and delivering a fit-for-purpose client SOW’s, proposals, and RFP responses to win business covering technical security consulting services.
