Position

· Review and summarise tender documents upon release, sending out to internal key stakeholders.


· Coordinate clarification requests and responses via relevant portals.


· Complete Selection Questionnaires (SQs) and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).


· Communicate with various internal business units to collate tender specific information.


· Participate in bid kick off and review meetings.


· Write content for tender submissions ensuring this is completed in a timely manner.


· Proofread, finalise and submit compliant tender submissions via tender portals.


· Develop and drive the continuous improvement of the internal Bid Library containing tender responses, company information, case studies and images.


· Analyse tender feedback to identify areas for improvement or competitive advantages and report back to the Bid Manager.


· Attend business update meetings to identify new developments for inclusion within bids.


· Support for company sustainability or social value programmes as required.

Requirements

· Experience working in a sales environment, ideally experience in writing and managing bids.


· Experience of working in a Cyber Security environment would be advantageous.


· Drive and ability to work both flexibly and autonomously, managing your own workload.


· Ability to think clearly under pressure and work in a rapidly changing environment, often with tight deadlines.


· Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentations).


· Great general IT skills: Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Project, etc) and experience of Bid Management tools would be a bonus.


· A positive, professional, ‘can do’ and results-oriented attitude with the ability to meet operational and customer needs.
