This is an international role sitting across our Corporate and Health practices.
In this senior role, you will lead international teams and provide high-level counsel to clients; and support the management and development of the business.
Focus on senior client handling and international project delivery, including:
Global coordination of international teams in LATAM, APAC, MEA and Europe;
Advising on European and international communications and issues handling and preparing strategy papers and action plans;
Developing, adapting and cascading information, messaging and materials across international teams and for international audiences;
Preparing Board and senior management level reports and materials;
Commercial management of a large, multi-stakeholder account including revenue tracking, contracting and managing suppliers.
The role can be based in our London or Washington DC office with opportunities to work with colleagues across Portland’s international offices and travel.
Experienced Senior Consultant or Director with strong media and corporate communications experience.
Strong experience working internationally across geographies and markets, with a good understanding of the international media landscape.
Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not a requirement.
Must be experienced at working in fast-paced environments, with significant experience managing and leading large and complex projects.
Must be a proven problem-solver, able to work flexibly and deliver results under pressure.
Must be experienced at dealing with senior clients and have the gravitas to operate at the most senior level.
