As part of our central Creative team – which brings together design, web and interactive, as well as film & video production. You will work with account teams across the business to deliver their client and marketing requirements.
Portland is looking for a Creative Service Manager to work in the management and allocation of both in house and external work of our creative team.
The role sits within the Creative team, which works across Portland – handling all of our marketing and new business design requirements, ongoing client projects, as well as creating collateral to bring messages to life and power great campaigns.
The CSM’s day-to-day’s role, includes managing all incoming tasks and workflows, ensuring our creative briefing process is followed, attending design brainstorms / kick off meetings, design review of all internal marketing materials, ensuring all new and existing projects have been costed & the relevant legal processes have been followed for supplier engagement, entering relevant information onto our resource management programme, assigning projects to the right members of the creative team, tracking progress against timescales and deliverables, and troubleshooting or escalating issues as they arise. As well as line managing and supporting with any other design administrative needs.
As CSM, you are an excellent relationship-builder, a strategic thinker, calm when under pressure, solution focussed, and approached all projects with a collaborative and problem-solver mindset.
This role reports to the Director of Design.
