Position

Location: Remote based

Salary: £24,500 - £28,500


Our learners are at the heart of everything we do, and due to evolving and expanding our operations department we are excited to introduce a new operational support role of Development Coach - Early Years to further support our learners and provide an outstanding experience as they progress through their Early Years qualifications.


As a Development Coach you will lead on the coaching, mentoring and guiding of learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care. You will provide an outstanding service by effectively planning their progression, leading on the delivery of the wider curriculum, and supporting with their e-portfolio (BUD) management whilst guiding them towards successful and timely achievement.


Key tasks include:


.Provide inspirational support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey

.Liaise with employers throughout the programme and provide effective Information, Advice and Guidance

·Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of wider curriculum (British Values, Safeguarding and Prevent) embedding delivery into learning

·Lead on the booking of workshop sessions and exams where required, including functional skills

·Manage breaks in learning and support learners returning to programme

.Respond to queries from learners, employers and other stakeholders

·Support with preparing the learner for EPA and preparing their portfolio for gateway

.Use digital technologies to add value to the learner and feedback in a safe and supportive way

.Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures

Requirements

What our ideal applicant has:

· Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent

· Level 3 Coaching and Mentoring qualification or willingness to acquire

. Experience of supporting a caseload of learners to achieve their qualification

. Experience working in an Early Years setting

· Experience of creating individualised learning and progression plans

· Experience coaching learners to remove barriers and encourage progression

. Experience of using e-portfolio systems, ideally BUD

. Knowledge of Apprenticeship sector including EPA and Safeguarding of learners

. IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office including Teams, Excel, Outlook and Word

Paragon Skills, moreover, can not control the ways in which the authorized users catalog and transfer the information downloaded from the database, therefore it is user's responsibility to ensure that sensitive information are not inserted in Paragon Skills Portal.
Information provided by the Users are used by Paragon Skills to deliver offered products and services and to develop the Portal; some of our services may include the display of customized contents and advertising messages.

The information gathered can be shared if this is required by law. The information gathered on our web sites are cataloged in whole or in part in Italy and are subject to Italian law.

Paragon Skills may disclose or transfer information if its business is sold or acquired.

Management of his/ her own information by the user

The user can review, correct or delete its personal information at any time; to perform these operations, user can enter in his/ her private area, click on the Profile and/ or User Settings button and make all necessary changes.
The above information about the users will be deleted, but logs and other user demographic and statistical information could be kept, maintaining an archived copy of these information anonymously.
If the personal information of the users have been consulted by other individuals/ organizations before the revisions and deletions, Paragon Skills can not perform the deletion of previous information on their systems.i.
