Outpost24 is looking for a Managed Service Security Analyst who would join an existing and rapidly expanding Managed Services Team, supporting and enhancing customer delivery. The role requires strong communication and organisational skills as well as "hands-on" client issue management, service support, service enhancements and client relations.
Outpost24 Managed Services help organisations achieve Vulnerability Management success by assisting customers in developing their security program and providing expert insights into their security posture and recommendations to reduce their risk level. Additionally, the team provides operational support of the technology. Our team of vulnerability management experts is best equipped to get organisations up and running with Outpost24 technology quickly, and according to best practices. Now we need to increase our team with more talented Vulnerability Management experts, with positions available in the UK, Belgium and Netherlands.
Your role as Security Analyst will be to become a key player for the Managed Services department, focusing on high profile enterprise clients. You will be responsible for developing a vulnerability management program for the Outpost24 enterprise customers and providing valuable security insights, recommendations and analyses. This role requires a high level of customer interaction as you will act as an extension of the customer’s team. You will become proficient with the Outpost24 suite of solutions and identify opportunities to improve and enhance the service and delivery model. You will occasionally support sales development and incremental sales opportunities as required as well as facilitate and support Outpost24 business objectives.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Reporting & Analytics
Determining customer reporting requirements and templates, Advanced reporting observations and recommendations for our enterprise customers.
Strategic/process meetings with clients and internal management focused on program analysis, progress/status review, Optimisation areas and Gap Analysis.
Providing direction to team members, inform Customer Success Director and management for Quarterly Service Reviews and updates.
Customer status and service delivery documentation, Jira ticket creation, handling and distribution.
You will work closely with a team of security analysts but also individually, you will mentor less experienced staff during their working day and participate in the development an on-going refinement, enhancement and continuous improvement for the services.
What we are looking for:
A person who is constantly looking for improvements and optimisations related to our customers as well as internally within Outpost24, has a passion for IT security and a good knowledge of Network-, Cloud-, and Application Security , strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English with good interpersonal skills.
