We also have an award-winning content agency that works with major charities, brands and membership organisations to help them tell their stories and engage audiences better – in print, video, and online.

Position

As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) in Client Services, you will be responsible for managing integrated advertising campaigns and commercial content solutions across multiple platforms, disciplines and OM properties from conception to completion, whilst keeping both clients and the creative team informed.

Working with the relevant editorial, creative and commercial operation teams across the entire OM portfolio, the Senior Project Manager will ensure that all campaigns are delivered within contracted time frames and agreed budgets, whilst ensuring that we are producing engaging creative to be proud of. The role requires demonstrable client management, prioritising workloads, creating schedules, managing budgets, reviewing assets, securing resource and escalating potential delivery risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:


  • Experience of project management, preferably in a publishing environment
  • A proven track record of delivering large-scale, challenging multi-disciplinary (print, digital, social) content campaigns to time and budget, with the ability to apply learnings from past challenges
  • Have wider knowledge of the content marketplace, with an understanding of developments and the work of rival companies and how this can be applied to Our Media work
  • Strong time management skills. The Senior PM needs to be very confident and comfortable with the demands of this busy role from day one
  • An excellent command of project management processes and methodologies across creative and commercial. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done
  • A strong understanding of the cross-platform sales process and commercial projects in general
  • Able to clearly communicate the goals of the client and the ideas behind our creative work
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills internally and externally with clients and suppliers
  • Ability to learn on the job to develop a working knowledge of Our Media technologies and processes and ability to adapt project management style to reflect the needs of different clients across different touchpoints (digital, video, print, social)
  • A confident and proactive attitude to problem solving, including the ability to anticipate issues before they arise based on knowledge of brands / client needs
  • A team player with a real sense of ownership, urgency and drive and taking the lead in managing relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to influence ways of working
  • Able to analyse media schedules / schematics with ease.
