Position

As a Commercial Brand Lead, your primary focus will be driving digital revenue growth on our Homes & Craft portfolio, leading the digital side of the portfolio together wth the Ad Manager, expanding the client base, and building strong relationships with clients. This will be 80% of your focus. You would be instrumental in identifying new digital business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of your brand group and OM.


You will also be the brand contact for all areas of the business. This will take 20% of your time, and will involve attending all brand meetings, informing the wider sales team of strategic opportunities, and making sure the brand strategies align across the company.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Digital media sales experience
  • Experience in being a senior member of the sales team, inspiring and supporting team to be the best they can be
  • Proven understanding of and a track record of succeeding within the digital media sales landscape
  • Able to show excellent communication skills and can demonstrate strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience successfully selling integrated advertising solutions to clients and associated agencies, from buyer to account director level
  • Proven ability to think both strategically and laterally to drive value from a client portfolio in a complex and stakeholder driven environment
  • Proven record delivering new business revenue across multiple platforms
  • Experience putting together quality pitches and presentations

Preferred:

  • Understanding of video based advertising formats
  • Experience of pitching and delivering integrated partnerships and print display opportunities to larger clients
