Position

We have an opportunity for Contracts Administrator to join our Legal and Contracts Management team.

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager, Contracts Management and will work as part of a cross-functional legal and contracts management team in a dynamic working environment.

Role Responsiblities:

  • Assist with ad hoc and transactional data capture and entry within the internal systems.
  • Support with reporting requirements in relation to critical lease and Company events (milestones).
  • Support with reporting requirements in relation to the lessee insurance renewal process.
  • Support with reporting requirements in relation to the letter of credit renewal process.
  • Liaising with other key departments as required.
  • Deal team and transaction support as required.
  • Provide general administrative and filing support.
  • Additional ad hoc duties and project work as required.

Requirements

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Third level qualification in a legal or business background preferable, a minimum 2.1 in relevant degree.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines and targets.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Contracts Management systems preferable.
  • Aircraft leasing experience is desirable but not essential.
