Position

ORIX Aviation is seeking to recruit a number of entry level administrators with excellent operational and organisational skills.  The successful candidates will work as part of the ORIX team. The work will include a broad variety of administrative tasks supporting the accurate execution of important operational processes e.g. administrative procedures, transactional processes across the unit, supporting business opportunities. The candidate focus area will be administrative pertaining to all aspects of businesses processes by maintaining required standards.

  • Coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
  • Recording and collating of expenses.
  • Compiling minutes of  meetings, communicating meeting reminders.
  • Coordination of team members’ meeting schedules, assistance with company events and conferences.
  • Database organisation, management and administration.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Filing and other general administrative duties.
  • Liaising with Reception and other key departments where required

Requirements

 

  • Minimum third-level qualification in business or related area.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, a fluent English speaker with excellent oral and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise & manage deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work well as a team player.
  • Some experience of office administration and procedures  (1 to 2 years)
