Position

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exemplary service to our customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customers, providing information and guidance to complete and secure energy contracts.


Developing strong internal and external relationships, delivering efficient phone service, and having a comprehensive understanding of supplier-specific terms and conditions are key aspects of this role.


  • First point of contact for customers, guiding them through the energy contract process.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships for collaborative service and effective resolution of contract queries.
  • Provide efficient phone service, support, and query responses in accordance with SLA’s.
  • Develop a full understanding of supplier-specific terms and conditions for accurate query processing and advice.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Utilities background is desirable.
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience.
  • Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to produce high accuracy work.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in answering and dealing with a wide variety of queries.
